NPC is a place of grace and hope where we worship, grow, and serve…

Serve.

Service and Mission is the heart and soul of Northminster Presbyterian. Our vision is that Christ calls us and Christ send us. Christ is the Center of our Lives. And when he is the center, we seek to take what we know and learn and make a difference in the place God has put us.

Our mission and service is both local and international as we seek to live out the love of Christ within us!

Local

Our local projects include:

  • Resurrection House - a homeless ministry

  • Beth-El - a ministry to migrant farm workers

  • SPARCC - a ministry to rape victims and battered spouses

  • Salvation Army

  • All Faiths Food Bank

  • H.O.P.E. Food Pantry

International

Our international mission partners include:

  • The Presbyterian Church of Kirkuk - The National Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Kirkuk in northern Iraq is sheltering more than 70 internally displaced Christians from Mosul in their church. The Kirkuk Church still continues its regular programs including a Kindergarten and Child Care Center for more than 300 children, a Christian FM radio station, a ministry to women prisoners, plus prayer and Bible study groups.

  • The Reformed Presbyterian Church of Jaguey Grande, Cuba - this partnership is one of mutual prayer and friendship. We have made several trips to Cuba and continue to seek ways to develop this partnership.

Blessing

NPC wants to be used by the Lord to bless his people. Our Blessing Box sums that up rather well. If you have been blessed, leave one. If you need a blessing, take one.

May God continue to use NPC to lift his name on high and show his love to the world around us.
