The Presbyterian Church in Kirkuk, Iraq

NPC's New International Mission:  The National Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Kirkuk in northern Iraq is sheltering more than 70 internally displaced Christians from Mosul in their church.  With support from many churches and other organizations, the Kirkuk Church has managed to not only minister to these refugess but also to refugees in churches and camps elsewhere in northern Iraq.  The Kirkuk Church still continues its regular programs including a Kindergarten and Child Care Center for more than 300 children, a Christian FM radio station, a ministry to women prisoners, plus prayer and Bible study groups.  Northminster supports this ministry financially.
